Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Craft Drafts & BBQ will be opening this winter at the American Adventure in Epcot, and today, we’ve been treated to glimpses at several of the upcoming menu options.
A variety of platters and sandwiches will be offered at the new dining location, as well as a plant-based option. Guests will be able to enjoy BBQ favorites representing regions throughout the United States. On the menu will be sliced Texas beef brisket with a house-made mop sauce, Kansas City smoked chicken, North Carolina chopped smoked pork butt, Memphis dry-rub pork ribs, and a Power Greens Salad with pulled chicken, fresh citrus, and a citrus vinaigrette.
Regal Eagle will also feature an all-American burger topped with barbecue pork, and a fried onion ring. The plant-based option will be a plant-based BBQ burger featuring a patty topped with BBQ jackfruit.
The kids’ menu will feature a burger, barbecue chicken leg, barbecue chicken salad, chicken salad, and a barbecue rib platter.
Beverage offerings will include a selection of cider and beer from around the U.S., wines from the west coast, and specialty cocktails both with and without alcohol.
