One spot that always brings a little extra flair is The Edison, and it’s getting ready to debut a brand-new brunch menu just in time for Mother’s Day celebrations. While we don’t have the full lineup just yet, we’ve had a sneak peek at a few items on the list, and it’s already sounding like a delicious start. Guests can look forward to Sticky Monkey Bread, made with house-made apple cinnamon brioche pull-apart bread and topped with toffee caramel, along with The Brunch Stack featuring American cheese, bacon, avocado, hash browns, a fried egg, and a brioche roll. And if you’re after something a little heartier, the Big ol’ Biscuit Sando is stacked with a handmade buttermilk biscuit, house-made sausage, crispy bacon, two fried eggs, American cheese, and your choice of tater tots or fries. Not a bad start, right?
Of course, if you’re already planning a park day on the Sunday itself, don’t forget that celebrating those special moms, aunties, grandmothers, and loved ones doesn’t have to be limited to just one day. A well-timed brunch at Disney Springs is always a good idea, whether it’s before, after, or completely separate from the big day.
