1st: Course: Cured Faroe Islands Salmon Agua Chile: grapefruit, avocado, lime, serrano, cilantro – Paired with our Malumita Margarita
2nd Course: Gunthorp Carnitas Enchiladas: green chile & tropical fruit sauce, Queso Añejo – Paired with our Florida Groves Margarita
3rd Course: Grilled Creekstone Waygu Strip Steak: spiny lobster & Florida corn esquites, charred knob onions, guajillo salsa – Paired with our Aretha Cocktail
4th Course: Fresh- Made Churros with Mexican dark chocolate-Cafeto coffee liqueur sauce & key lime crema for dipping– Paired with our Horchata Margarita
