New Disney Springs Eats We Need to Talk About

If you’re headed to Disney Springs hungry, several restaurants have recently given us a few more reasons to show up with an appetite. New dishes and limited-time summer treats have popped up at Cookes of Dublin, Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew, Amorette’s Patisserie, and D-Luxe Burger, and there’s a little bit of everything in this batch.

Disney Springs is Walt Disney Worldโ€™s shopping, dining, and entertainment district, and one of the best things about it is that you don’t need a theme park ticket to visit. That makes it an easy place to stop for lunch, dinner, or dessert on a non-park day. And yes, dessert can absolutely be the whole reason for going.

The latest additions range from a seriously loaded burger and Everglazed’s over-the-top Funky Chicken sandwich to two new croissants at Amorette’s that have my attention. Cookes of Dublin has gone even bigger with four limited-time dishes available before summer wraps up. Here’s a look at what’s new, along with the official descriptions from each location.

D-Luxe Burger

The Cheddar Biscuit Burger features two pressed signature-blend beef patties, pimento cheese, fried green tomato, bacon, and jalapeรฑo jam on a cheddar-chive biscuit. This savory delight is available at D-Luxe Burger through August 10.

Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew

Widely regarded as one of the top sandwiches at Disney Springs, our Funky Chicken packs crispy fried tenders, smoky BBQ, creamy ranch slaw, spicy mayo, and B&B pickles into every crave-worthy bite. Order up, you wonโ€™t regret it!

Some of these are only sticking around for a limited time, including the Cheddar Biscuit Burger at D-Luxe Burger, which is available through August 10. So if something here immediately jumped onto your must-eat list, I wouldn’t wait too long.

Personally, I’m having a hard time looking past that Cookie Croissant at Amorette’s. A chocolate chip cookie baked inside a croissant feels like the completely unnecessary decision I fully support.
