Who doesn’t love a good dessert while on vacation? Walt Disney World has many choices for every sweet tooth. Here are five magical desserts you don’t want to miss!
1. Ice cream at the Plaza
Milk shakes, ice-cream floats, sundaes, and banana splits – The Plaza Restaurant is the perfect choice for any ice cream lover! Kids will love the Magic Kingdom restaurant’s Mickeylodeon. This special dessert comes with ice cream, cookie Mickey ears, and a cone hat.

2. Beignets at French Quarter
Staying at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter? Don’t forget to sample the beignets in the Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory Food Court. These doughnut-like delights are made fresh to order every day.

3. Cupcakes, cupcakes, and more cupcakes
Disney World loves cupcakes, and they make a wide variety for every occasion. Three of our favorites are the Strawberry Cream Cheese Cupcake at the Be Our Guest Restaurant, the Cappuccino Cupcake at the Fountain View Café in Epcot, and the Red Velvet Cheesecake Cupcake at Starring Rolls in Hollywood Studios.

4. School Bread
Found in the Kringla Bakeri Og Café in Epcot’s Norway pavilion, this delicious treat consists of sweet bread filled with vanilla custard and topped with icing and toasted coconut. It is a must have for any dessert lover in the World Showcase.
5. Mickey Bar
On a hot day at the parks, you can’t beat a Mickey bar! The chocolate-covered, Mickey-shaped ice cream bar will refresh you while treating your taste buds.
