If your Disney Springs visits tend to revolve around where to eat next, here’s a new experience to add to your list; this time with a delicious twist. The Edison has announced new dates for its popular Shaken & Stirred cocktail series, a hands-on adventure where guests can step behind the bar and shake things up for themselves. These intimate Saturday sessions are led by a private bartender who walks you through the art of crafting cocktails, exploring premium spirits, techniques, and tasting notes along the way.
Each class includes guided instruction, plenty of sips, and a light lunch to keep you fueled as you mix, stir, and sample your creations. Designed for both beginners testing the waters and cocktail enthusiasts looking to polish their skills, it’s a perfect balance of education and indulgence in The Edison’s signature vintage-industrial setting.
