EPCOT‘s newest little festival, the International Festival of the Arts, kicks off January 17th and runs through February 24th, 2025. This fest is filled with artful eats, plenty of Disney artworks available for purchase around the World Showcase, interactive art displays, Disney on Broadway performances, and exclusive merchandise. Today, Disney released information on five new experiences lined up for next year’s Festival of the Arts. Ready those paint smocks and let’s dive in!
Once Upon A Stage: 30 Years of Disney on Broadway
CommuniCore Hall, World Discovery’s new event flex space, will showcase a walkthrough exhibit celebrating three decades of Disney on Broadway. Discover costumes and props from favorite stage musicals, and learn the behind-the-scenes on how the classic animated films The Lion King and Aladdin were reimagined for Broadway.
New Food Studio: Opening Bites
Just outside at CommuniCore Plaza, a new festival menu will pay homage to the foods and drinks immortalized onstage… We’ll just have to wait and see on those Food Studio details, as the 2025 Festival of the Arts foodie guide has yet to be released!
New Artful Photo Op
With the Artful Photo Ops, you can step into the canvas and strike a pose. Along with returning favorites like Luncheon of the Boating Party by Pierre-August Renoir and Edvard Munch’s The Scream, there is a new Artful Photo Op inviting everyone to voyage alongside Moana.
Festival Merchandise
You’ll definitely want to pick up a work of art or two around the park, but these commemorative festival souvenirs are made for the fans of one creative little purple dragon, specifically. Figment is considered this fest’s mascot, ready to create rainbows! Here’s a quick first look at the collection:
