Food Items that I HAVE to Try at this Year’s Epcot International Festival of the Arts!

In my opinion, Epcot always has the best food, so as a new festival approaches, I look at the menus and start to make a food game plan. With the start of the Epcot International Festival of the Arts just one week away, I thought it might be good to get our game plans ready to go!

Food is displayed artistically at the Festival of the Arts, unlike the other festivals. The food booths are called Food Studios at this festival because they make art in these small studios that include food. As of right now, there are going to be fifteen Food Studios, including the Donut Box. These food studios will be sprinkled across the World Showcase.

There will be two new Food Studios added to the Festival of the Arts this year. The two new booths are called The Craftsman’s Courtyard and Deco Delights. Menus have not been released for these Food Studios, but I can’t wait to see what they serve. I am so happy to see that The Deconstructed Dish booth is making its return. This booth has one of my favorite desserts. I have been waiting all year to have this dessert again. The Deconstructed Strawberry Cheesecake. It has my heart. The way the dish is displayed and how all the flavors combine is impressive. I feel that this booth has the most amazing displayed foods.

Over at Goshiki at the Japan pavilion, there is a dish that I have had my eye on since last year, and I think this year I will finally try it. The Sushi Donut. This looks like such a fun dish. I tend to be picky with my sushi, but I am trying to expand my sushi palate, which will be the best way to do it. The Gourmet Landscapes booth has a dish that is speaking to me, too: the Wild Mushroom Risotto with Aged Parmesan and Truffle Shavings. The way to my heart is cheese and truffle. I can’t wait to try this.

L’Art de la Cuisine Française has a treat that I really enjoy: the Black Winter Truffle Croissant. I think this year that I may also pick up a bread bowl filled with brie from this booth.

Last year, the Tangierine Café had such a great menu, including a Mediterranean Flatbread that was out of this world. I know this booth will be back, and I hope it continues to surprise us with great food and fun desserts. I have fallen in love with each dessert they have put out, so naturally I can’t wait to try what they have this year. Pop Eats is returning this year with my favorite grilled cheese. You can’t go wrong with some tomato soup and grilled cheese. Last year I went back to this booth several times, and I just can’t wait to go back.

These are the dishes and treats I am most excited to eat when visiting the Epcot International Festival of the Arts. I can’t wait to grab one of those festival passports and start checking off each item I have tried. It’s great to see new booths coming into the festival, and I hope those new booths bring some great food.

Hi, I'm Erica, and I write about all things Disney. Before working for The DIS, I was a theme park performer at SeaWorld, but I also performed at Disney. I have such an immense love for theme parks to the point I studied them in college.
