When visiting Walt Disney World during the Holiday season (November & December), I love to indulge in some of the rich flavors of seasonal menu items. Something about the cooler weather and the delicious decadence of food and beverage offerings encourages me to eat more luxuriously than throughout the rest of the year. Because of this, I often find myself looking for lighter, plant-based options, alternating between the two extremes in an effort to find some sort of balance. While I am not strictly vegetarian nor a vegan, I love having plant-based options on the menu and often opt to enjoy them simply because the dishes stand out to me on the menu as being the preferred option. Over the next few weeks, we are going to recap some of the best locations around Walt Disney World to enjoy plant-based meals, starting with your Disney Resort options!
