It has just been announced that The Wave…of American Flavors, located at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, will emerge from its current refurbishment as Steakhouse 71.
Details are few at this point, but it’s been said that the venue will be “a casual dining concept that gets its name from the resort’s opening year.” I personally appreciate the subtle nod to the restaurant’s resort with the use of a silhouette of the Contemporary’s A-frame in the restaurant’s logo.
In addition to the changes coming to The Wave, California Grill will also see “a new dining experience” in the days ahead.
