Disney has just announced that two fan-favorite restaurants will return to buffet-style service for the first time since their 2020 reopenings.
Biergarten, located in EPCOT’s Germany pavilion, will transition away from family-style service and back to buffet service beginning August 29th. All of your Oktoberfest favorites will again be offered on the buffet, including my favorites: the pretzel rolls and the apple strudel. Yes, please!
The Crystal Palace, found just off of the Hub in the Magic Kingdom, will reopen its buffet beginning September 12th. Guests will find Parker House rolls, braised beef, and seared pork tenderloin among the offerings.
Just in case you missed the news, Boma – Flavors of Africa reopened today as the first buffet to return to Walt Disney World. We’ll have a review of Boma coming up in the days ahead on the Disney Dining channel.

Deni loves all things Disney, and, in 2013, moved to the Magic from Maryland. Walt Disney World is her happy place, and she loves getting to share it with others. Deni and her husband of almost 26 years have 2 grown children. Her favorite WDW snack? A Mickey Bar, of course. Is there any other?!
