Guest Experience Team - For assistance inside Magic Kingdom
The Guest Experience Team, which was introduced at Magic Kingdom Park in December of 2018 as part of a pilot, will remain in the park through late spring. The Guest Experience Team will assist guests in making the most of their day by proactively assisting them with things such as booking, modifying, and recovering FastPass+ selections, navigating the My Disney Experience app, deactivating and reactivating MagicBands … and more!
Just as Cast Members throughout the park already do, the Guest Experience Team will also provide recommendations, help guests view attraction wait times and give tips on how to best navigate the park. Cast Members on the Guest Experience Team can be easily identified by their blue shirts with the Guest Experience Team logo. They will roam the park, but can also be found in the following locations until 11 p.m. daily:
Main Street, U.S.A.
Castle Hub Tomorrowland
Near Stitch’s Great Escape Fantasyland
Along castle wall, near Enchanted Tales with Belle Frontierland
Across from Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn & Cafe (Golden Oak Outpost side)
Adventureland – Near Jungle Skipper Canteen
Lost and Found:
If you lose an item at any Walt Disney World theme park, Disney Springs, Transportation (including busses, monorails and watercraft), ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex or Disney Water Park. The
Walt Disney World Resort now uses Chargerback to help track lost and found items. Guests should fill out an online lost item report, available here.
Once you've filled out the online form, you will receive an email with a claim number for your lost item.
If you've lost an item at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, contact the specific resort Lobby Concierge for assistance.
In case you lose something on Disney's Magical Express, if the item has been lost for less than 30 minutes, call (866) 599-0951. If the item was lost over 30 minutes ago, call Mears Transportation Group at (407) 423-5566.
Highly valuable items (such as wallets, purses, credit cards, prescription glasses, and cameras) will be held for 90 days.
Items of lesser value (such as sunglasses, hats, toys and clothes) are held for 30 days.
If you have already submitted an online claim for a lost item and you have a question, you can contact Lost and Found at (407) 824-4245. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.
