A Walt Disney World guest found a loaded gun in the seat of Dinosaur at Animal Kingdom. It had fallen out of another guest's back pocket.
A grandmother gave the Cobra .380-caliber semiautomatic pistol to a cast member who immediately contacted security and the Orange County Sheriff's Office.
The owner of the firearm, Angelo Lista, 44, of Royal Palm Beach claimed the gun, which had five hollow point bullets inside, fell out of his back pocket during the bumpy ride.
Deputies unloaded and confiscated the weapon.
Lisa had a valid Floria concealed weapons permit and told authorities that he didn't know he was supposed to tell Disney security because there were no signs posted about firearms.
A Disney spokesperson said that their policy, which is posted on their website, clearly states that no guns or weapons of any kind are permitted on their property.
Deputies said that Lista was apologetic and tried to go back for the gun when he realized it was no longer in his pocket.
Disney asked Lista to leave for the day, but did not trespass him.
