Former Disney exec, Lee Cockerell, writes new customer service book

Lee Cockerell, former executive vice president of operations for Walt Disney World
, is working on a new book, "The Customer Rules," due out in March. After retiring from his career at Disney in 2006, Cockerell began a new role, speaking around the world about customer service. His first book, "Creating Magic - 10 Common Sense Leadership Strategies From A Life At Disney," was published in 2008 and uses principles Disney teaches their employees.
