Ground has been broken for the new Four Seasons Hotel and Resorts that is being built at Walt Disney World. Plans have been in the works for this hotel since 2007, but due to the economy, they have been pushed back several times. The 444-room resort is now scheduled to open in 2014 and will include 40 timeshare units, up to 90 private residences and an 18-hole golf course. Guests will be able to view the Magic Kingdom from the rooftop restaurant, relax in the 14,000-square-foot spa and cool down from the Florida heat in the three pools and the lazy river. The resort is part of Disney's new Golden Oak subdivision, a neighborhood of multimillion-dollar homes near the Magic Kingdom.
