House of Blues, the popular restaurant/concert venue at Downtown Disney, has revamped their menu and gotten a new name. The restaurant is now "Crossroads at House of Blues" and is billed as a new dining experience from celebrity chef Aaron Sanchez. The new menu contains a medley of American and international dishes, while still keeping a few of its already-popular menu items. Shrimp and grits, hand stretched grilled flatbreads and street tacos are a few of the new foods available. The cornbread, pulled pork sandwiches and burgers are still available, but with a new twist.
