A man was arrested at Walt Disney World early on November 10, after trying to peep at a woman in an Epcot bathroom. According to Orange County Sheriff's deputies, Lloyd Miller, 42, of Winter Park FL, was standing on a toilet looking over the stall at a woman who was in the bathroom with her daughter. Shortly after midnight, the woman and her daughter were in a restroom near Spaceship Earth when they saw someone looking over the stall and then duck down. She started to leave the bathroom and saw Miller watching her. Miller told her, "It was an accident." The woman's husband heard her yell and chased Miller as he ran from the restroom. Disney security caught Miller running on his way to the park exit. Charges Miller face include voyeur, loitering and trespassing. He posted a $700 bond that evening. Miller had previously been banned from Disney property, but it is unclear why. According to the Orlando Sentinel, he has previous arrests for urinating or defecating in public, carrying a concealed weapon, battery, possessing drug paraphernalia, soliciting a prostitute, driving under the influence, petty theft and trespass.
