Walt Disney World was cleared of any wrongdoing in a civil suit by a woman who was attacked by another guest at the Magic Kingdom. In 2007, Aimee Krause of Clermont Florida was waiting in line for the Mad Tea Party, when she was attacked by another female guest. The other guest was prosecuted, but Krause also filed a civil suit against the theme park, saying that the incident was caused by lack of staffing and security at the ride. A Disney spokesperson said, "We're pleased we won this case. Our attraction host and security cast members responded appropriately and quickly in this situation."
