Disney's 'The Lion King' bound for Vegas

Disney's stage production "The Lion King" is replacing "Mamma Mia" at the Mandalay Bay Hotel -Casino in Las Vegas.

"Mamma Mia" has been performed 2300 times since it debuted in 2003 will be closing on January 4.

This is the first Disney show to be based in Las Vegas. "The Lion King" currently is the resident show in six cities.
