A train driver from the Disneyland Railroad at Hong Kong Disneyland was suspended this week after derailing the train on Sunday. The train has five cars and circles the park several times daily. Disney didn't release information about this accident; it was revealed by media outlets. A spokesman for the company says the incident wasn't released because there were no injuries and the train was out of service at the time. According to the spokesman, the driver was fully trained, but "did not provide adequate space for the train to change from one line to another, resulting in six front wheels veering off the tracks." There was no evidence of equipment failure, but after being informed of the incident, the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department is pursuing an investigation.
