This weekend brought yet another incident of sexual misconduct to an Orlando water park. Bradford Pellet Biggers, 51, of Connecticut, was arrested on Saturday at Walt Disney World's Typhoon Lagoon. He is being charged with, among other things, lewd and lascivious exhibition to a minor. A witness reports seeing Biggers position his chair a few feet from the wave pool and expose himself to a 14-year old girl. The witness yelled at Biggers and threatened to hurt him if he continued. Biggers then ran from the area and attempted to leave in his vehicle, but ran a stop sign in the parking lot and was pulled over by a deputy. The deputy was able to detain him because of a suspended driver's license. When questioned, Biggers said that he wasn't trying to expose himself, and blamed the problem on the too-tight legs of his European-style swimsuit.

This is the fifth sexually related incident at an Orlando water park this summer.
