Charges dropped against Aquatica's alleged molester
by Leah ZanollaAug 29, 2009
Earlier this summer, Joshua Fuentes, 23, was accused of inappropriately touching three teenage girls at SeaWorld's Aquatica park. Fuentes said that he may have bumped into the girls by accident. The Orange County's state attorney's office says, "We can't actually charge a case unless we have proof beyond a reasonable doubt."
Several incidents of the same nature have occurred since March at area water parks. Last week, the state attorney's office also declined to prosecute another man, Bradford Biggers, who was accused of exposing himself to a 14-year old girl at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon. At the time, Biggers blamed the incident on a too-tight swimsuit.
