With Northeastern Florida continuing to feel the effects of Tropical Storm Fay, Governor Charlie Crist is seeking to have the state declared a Federal Disaster Area.
Of concern is flooding, with rainfall estimates as high as 30 inches in isolated areas.
Tropical Storm Fay currently has sustained winds of 60 miles an hour and is expected to weaken as it slowly heads towards the Florida Peninsula. It is expected to reach the Panhandle on Saturday.
