Change of date for Disney Fantasy's maiden voyage

Disney Cruise Line has announced a change of date for the maiden voyage of the Disney Fantasy. The maiden voyage will now take place on March 31, 2012 and will follow a Western Caribbean itinerary. The change in date is allegedly due to the fact that Disney Cruise Line will take control of the new ship earlier than expected.

Guests booked on the original maiden voyage (April 7, 2012) will be allowed to move their reservation without penalty. More information regarding the itineraries of both affected cruises will be released soon. Until all guests booked on the original sailing have been informed of this change, Disney Cruise Line has temporarily suspended all sales of both the March 31 and April 7 sailings.
