Expedition Cafe to open with SeaWorld's Antarctica exhibit

The restaurant will offer an international menu, with foods from all across the world. This is meant to represent the international research teams joining together at camps across Antarctica. Some menu items include: herb roasted chicken, corn on the cob, Italian sweet sausage and peppers, orange chicken, fried rice, southern biscuits and breadsticks.
