Universal Orlando's CityWalk has opened a Brazilian steakhouse experience in the upper level of their popular Latin Quarter restaurant. The churrascaria (Brazilian steakhouse) menu is served "rodizio" style, meaning "continuous service of South-American rotisserie skewers of grilled meats being brought to the tables." Filet mignon, roast beef, short ribs, lamb pork and the house specialty picanha (top sirloin) will be served along with a buffet and salad bar. Reservations are suggested.
