Data speeds will increase at Universal Orlando

Universal Orlando is getting an upgrade in their cellular coverage from AT&T. The wireless carrier has "activated three 4G LTE mobile Internet cell sites that will allow customers faster download and upload speed for pictures, streaming music, video, social media and other content on their mobile devices."

Gretchen Schultz, AT&T spokeswoman, said, "Each of these cell sites on their own has more capacity than any other individual AT&T cell site in Florida. Together they create a 'Data Superhighway' that allows more data traffic to flow on these three sites."

Internet speed at the parks had become slow, due to the large amount of people trying to use their mobile devices in such a small area. Guests may still notice speed problems around the Wizarding World of Harry Potter area, due to large buildings, trees and ride structures.
