A final decision has been made on the Universal Orlando employee who was accused of molesting a 9-year-old girl at a CityWalk restaurant. Randy Taylor, then 26, was working at the NASCAR Sports Grille when he allegedly grabbed the girl's buttocks and then exposed himself to her. At the time of his arrest, Taylor did admit to police that while entering an employees-only area, he was "fixing his shirt and his penis may have been exposed to anyone that was in the area," but he denies touching the girl. Universal officials terminated him after this incident.

On September 25, Taylor was sentenced to five years of sex-offender probation after he pled "no contest to lewd or lascivious exhibition." He had also been charged with molestation, but that charge was dropped. He is to have no contact with the victim or her family, and must not enter the NASCAR Sports Grille.
