Kelly Clarkson to perform at Universal's Mardi Gras

Kelly Clarkson will perform on February 18, 2012 as one of fourteen different artists to be featured at the event. Clarkson has performed at the Mardi Gras event in years past as well. This year's festival will begin February 11, 2012.
