Man arrested for theft at Universal Orlando

On Saturday, March 11, a man was found breaking into a vehicle in the Universal Orlando parking garage. Charles Carl returned to his vehicle and found Manuel Ceballos, 21, inside the car. When Carl approached him, Ceballos pushed him and tried to run. Carl caught him and held him until police arrived on the scene. Officers arrested Ceballos and charged him with burglary of a conveyance, grand theft and battery. Police found six credit cards, a drivers license, Universal passes and electronics that Ceballos had stolen from guests at
Islands of Adventure.
