Notes This room was convenient to get to dinner in Parrot Cay and Animators as you just had to take one or two flights of stairs. Aft location meant that there wasn't a lot of foot traffic in the hallway. Ours was the 5th room in from the end with a large porthole. Good location, deck 2 is nice as you don't feel as much movement as you may on higher decks. Convenient to get to deck 1 to get off at port. The only noise was when we were docking or undocking and the room shook and had a loud rumble when the anchor was dropped and when the propellers were making us go sideways, not too bad as this noise was limited to the docking times. Overall nice room, would stay here again.

Notes We stayed in this room, April 18-25, 2009. Me, my husband, 10 month old son and 10 year old son. We had the large porthold window and split bath, which is great. Not very noisy, a little when docking, but that can be heard anywhere! We liked the room well enough, would prefer to be closer to midship but this overall is a good room to stay in and would stay in it again! No problems whatsoever and the split bath is great! Also, you could always use more space, but for 4 people, we got along just fine. Plenty of storage also under bed and in closet for luggage, etc.

Notes Well appointed, super clean. NO steamer trunk but family of 4 found enough storage space. Cooler/fridge not to useful. We put our drinks in our own cooler with ice to actually make them cold. Noise is engine noise, constant drone but nothing unusual. You just know you are not in a hotel room but on a ship! Bathrooms flooded when leaving Cabo due to the ship listing to the left (high winds). Stinky!!! Nothing got on the carpet but some deck 2 rooms weren't so lucky. The smell lingered for the last 2 days. Yuck. Besides the flooding, the room was great.
