Disney Cruise Line Stateroom Number 2566

Notes Across from fire exit to Edge (11-14 club) and could hear the kids in there all the time (til 1 or 2am). Also, very loud ship maintenance sounds throughout the entire cruise. (We were told they were chipping paint.)

Notes Great quiet location mid ship, generally well maintained cabin although there was some wear and tear in the bathroom and the clock stopped working in the cabin. Did not enjoy having kids from vibe constantly screaming and spilling out of vibe when going to use the mid ship elevators or stairs. For this reasoning would not reserve a cabin near the mid ship elevators on deck 2 again.

Notes Nice location. Across hall from crew member only area so quite the whole time. Not far, maybe 30 steps, to mid ship elevators and stairs. The ship is older and I personally think could use some updating but our room was very clean. Couldn't use my curling iron in the bathroom outlet. Took some time but located outlet by television desk area that worked. Had to lift the bed to get our empty luggage to fit underneath. I would request this room again.

Notes This was my wife and I's very first cruise. Motion sickness was a great concern of ours. We were extremely pleased with this stateroom. Extremely quite, great location, and very little movement was experienced. I used no meds or treatments, and my wife used Bonine. No problems at all. Plus this room is starboard offering a great view of Castaway Cay if the ship backs in. We loved the large porthole. First timers will love this room. My only critique is it is a bit of a walk to the port side of the ship for the deck 2 laundry. Only a concern if you use the laundry (alot).

Notes Was our lst cruise and room was perfect for 3 adults.very conv to restaurants and shops.(on 2nd deck midships) only deck 9 was not close by and that wasnt problem as elevator right there around corner from room
