Disney Cruise Line Stateroom Number 6602

Notes Enjoyed this cabin and adjoining 6600 on our recent cruise. Great view of waving staff on shore at departure day and beautiful view of Castaway Cay when in port. There is a life boat right under the verandah for this cabin but we didn't feel it was that big a deal as far as views. Room was very nice, everything in perfect condition. No issues with noise but still pretty convenient to midship elevators. Note: this is a 5 person cabin (has 2 bunks AND murphy bed).

Notes Room 6602 is starboard mid ship, but close to the aft elevators, and also close to laundry room. Room is clean and in good condition, but showing age in some places. Some tiles in the shower were stained, and there was rust on the balcony. There is a steamer trunk for extra storage. The room connects to 6600, which we also used, but the rubber door stopper didn't always hold the doors open well, so we used bungy cords. Noise was not an issue. Great views of Castaway Cay! One odd thing was that we were awakened one night by the overhead room lights turning on by themsleves. Notes Very pleased with this stateroom. It has a wall pull-down bed and upper berth pull-down bed. It also has the round tub. Convenient location. Elevators not too far away. Used the stairs a lot, since we were just a few flights away from most destinations. Would definitely stay in this room again.

Notes Great location. Connecting door with 6600. Great view at Castaway Cay. Convenient to laundry and aft elevators (which seemed less busy). Negatives - Room was VERY "creaky" whenever the ship moved. It was reasonable in very calm seas (or in port!) but very annoying as soon as the ship started rocking at all. We reported this on the comment card, so hopefully it will be fixed.
