Disney Cruise Line Stateroom Number 7127

Notes We just came back from cruising from Vancouver to LA. This was our 3rd cruise on Disney Wonder. The room was too noisy with a constant click clacking noise from the ceiling right on top of the bed. There are lots of wood chips inserted on the ceiling which are very visible. It seemed that they were doing some works in the suite prior to us getting on board. It frustrated us immensely that the room was assigned to us in the middle of renovations. I could not sleep for the first 2 nights. I finally called the guest relations on the 3rd day. After making 4 calls ranging from early morning untill 10 pm at night, they finally decided to upgraded us to a verandah suite plus a $250 credits. Oh, we also found previous passenger's pants under our bed in suite 7127' which is disgusting as we have a toddler who like to crawl n play on the floor. I appreciated the effort that Disney made to make it up to us by upgrading us to a verandah and the $250 credit but we really wished that they did not give us a not ready to occupy room to us in the first place. As for the mysterious pants of previous passenger, I can try to tolerate as I can see that the room host was working hard every time and an oversight can happen. Disgusting but forgivable. I took a video n lots of pics of the conditions of the cabin to back up my complaints. Also, an alarm clock was missing from that room. Since this was our 3rd cruise, I know that an alarm clock should be provided in every room. At the moment, we r not sure if we gonna go on Disney wonder again in the future or try a diff cruise ship.

Notes This was an excellent location. Room was very quiet. Plenty of room. I would stay in this room again.

Notes it was great to have 7 aft deck so close to us. I checked it out every morning. Room was plenty big enough for 2 adults. Also convenient to deck 9 food!!

Notes This room was not noisy at all. I loved that it was so close to the aft deck that not many people use. Size was it was adequate for 1 adult and 2 children. We also slid most of our luggage under the bed by lifting the bed up.

Notes Not noisy Convenient to elevators/steps and Deck 7 "secret" aft deck This is a cat 11 that sleeps 3 only. Plenty of room for 3 adults. We've booked this room for the 4th time!!!
