New menu items are everywhere in Walt Disney World, at the moment, with Flavors of Florida offering a myriad of special dining options across the Disney Springs area. Everywhere you turn, guests can enjoy new opportunities to savor local flavors and locally grown produce. In addition to the event excitement, new menu items are debuting in some of our favorite dining locations, such as The Edison, where two new appetizers are now available, and Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’, which offers a new entree for a limited time. The Edison – Circuit Board
Country ham, flakey handmade buttermilk biscuits, spiced hatch pepper cheese, fresh pickles, ranch pretzels, seasonal fruit butter, Whistle Pig barrel-aged maple butter.

The Edison – Maryland-Style Blue Crab Dip
Served with old bay-seasoned naan.

Homecomin’ – BBQ Salmon Entree
Brined in BBQ spices and chargrilled, a salmon filet is topped with our housemade BBQ sauce and shoestring potato crisps. Served with asparagus, creamy mashed potatoes, and a cheddar drop biscuit – this seasonal Homecomin’ dish is Summer satisfaction guaranteed!
