Ahoy, Disney fans! The long-anticipated pirate-themed lounge, The Beak and Barrel, is almost ready to welcome guests to a new swashbuckling experience at Magic Kingdom. Reservations for the highly anticipated lounge will once again open on August 20, 2025, at 7 p.m. ET (yes, the p.m. is correct!), giving guests the chance to secure a spot for dates beginning August 29th to explore the immersive environment and enjoy specialty offerings.
Reservations were supposed to open on Thursday, August 14th, but did not launch due to technical difficulties with the system.
The Beak and Barrel promises to deliver a unique combination of themed decor, exclusive drinks, and small bites that celebrate the spirit of Disney’s pirate lore. Guests will step into a space inspired by pirates, complete with hidden treasures, nautical accents, and immersive storytelling that makes you feel as though you’ve stepped onto a pirate ship right in the middle of Adventureland. Reservations are expected to fill quickly, as The Beak and Barrel offers a limited number of seating times and a highly curated experience. Guests are encouraged to log in to the official Walt Disney World website or the My Disney Experience app promptly at the reservation launch time to secure their preferred date and time.

The lounge is located in a prime spot within Magic Kingdom, providing both park guests and lounge visitors with a convenient and immersive setting. Disney Imagineers have focused on attention to detail, from themed lighting to interactive decor elements, ensuring every moment feels like part of a pirate adventure.
Whether you’re a longtime fan of Disney’s pirate stories or simply looking for a new, immersive experience at Walt Disney World, The Beak and Barrel promises to be a must-visit destination.
