This yearās event, Ramen Rumble 8: Battle of the Champions, will take place on Monday, February 2nd, 2026, with seatings at 5:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Hosted at Morimoto Asia, the event features past Ramen Rumble champions facing off once again as guests sample unique ramen bowls and vote for their favorites in the ultimate noodle showdown. Along with crowning the next Broth Belt winner, the chefs are also competing for a good cause, with a generous donation being made in their name to Give Kids The World, Morimoto Asiaās charity partner.
