Calling all Mickey waffle fans. Disney Springs is about to give us three brand-new savory waffle options, and honestly… who doesn’t love more carb choices?
Carbs tend to get a lot of love at Walt Disney World, and these new waffles fit right into that tradition. Whether sweet or savory, snacks served in creative ways always draw attention, so it’s no surprise that the announcement of three new savory Mickey waffles arriving January 15 at Marketplace Snacks in Disney Springs quickly caught our eye.
Marketplace Snacks is already known for its over-the-top sundaes piled high with soft serve, cookies, fruit, and hot fudge, all served in those iconic Mickey-shaped waffle cones. Now, that same waffle base is being used for something a little more savory, and I’m not mad about it.
Starting January 15, guests can grab one of three new waffle creations while taking a break from shopping or strolling around Disney Springs.

First up is the Hot Honey Chicken Waffle, and this one feels like a crowd-pleaser. It’s filled with crispy fried chicken bites, black pepper candied bacon, spicy pickle slaw, roasted jalapeños, garlic ranch, and parsley, all finished with hot honey. Sweet, spicy, crunchy, and messy in the best way.

Then there’s the Bacon Cheeseburger Waffle, which somehow makes perfect sense. This one is packed with seasoned ground beef, crispy bacon, cheddar cheese sauce, pickles, lettuce, tomato, and burger sauce. Cheeseburger flavors inside a waffle cone feels chaotic in a good way.

Last but definitely not least is the BBQ Brisket Mac and Cheese Waffle. Yes, it’s exactly what it sounds like. Mac and cheese, smoky brisket, sweet black pepper BBQ sauce, pickled onions, and parsley, all tucked inside a Mickey waffle cone. This one is basically a full meal disguised as a snack.
If you lean more salty than sweet, these waffles might be calling your name. And if you’re like a lot of Disney fans and believe carbs are always the answer, this feels like a win.
So be honest. Which of these new Mickey waffles are you going for first?
