Must-Try TEA Treats at EPCOT’s Festival of the Arts

Earlier today, Disney released their new menu for the Grand Floridian’s Garden View Tea Lounge — which is finally returning after 6 years out of commission! Full of Alice in Wonderland-inspired pastries alongside custom tea selections, we can once again reserve a special tea party experience at the grandest Walt Disney World resort. But did you know there are some delicious tea-infused treats you can try at EPCOT right now?

Tea takes the spotlight in a playful way at the 2026 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts, where one Food Studio leans fully into whimsy, sweets, and a literary classic. This year’s Fictional Victuals Food Studio menu pulls inspiration from Lewis Carroll’s Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, bringing charm and whimsy. Among the new offerings, two tea-infused treats stand out for both presentation and flavor balance, even for those who do not usually gravitate toward tea-based desserts.

Earl Grey Tea – Chocolate Pot de Crème

The first highlight is the Chapter 3: Tea Treat, a Twinings Earl Grey Tea Treat Chocolate Pot de Crème for $5.99. It’s one that immediately draws attention thanks to its adorable presentation. Gene Wilder as Willy Wonka biting into his edible teacup immediately comes to mind!

Served alongside a lemon madeleine, rose and raspberry jam, and a tea biscuit crumble, it looks like something straight out of a storybook tea table. It is absolutely a photo-first dessert, but thankfully, the flavors back it up.

Earl Grey can be tricky. Its bergamot notes can quickly overwhelm a dessert, especially for guests who are not dedicated tea drinkers. The tea flavor is used sparingly, but enough to compliment the other flavors. The dark chocolate base is rich, while the Earl Grey quietly supports it with a subtle citrus-floral note rather than competing for attention.

The lemon madeleine adds a bit of brightness, and the jam brings a gentle fruitiness that keeps each bite from feeling too heavy. Even for those who usually pass on tea-forward sweets, this one feels approachable and well-balanced.

Black Tea-Infused Cake Shake

On the other end of the spectrum is the Upside Down Shake for $5.29, which leans fully into fun. Made with yellow cake-flavored soft-serve and Twinings English Breakfast Tea, this dessert feels nostalgic from the first sip. The tea presence is mild, blending into the soft-serve in a way that recalls classic birthday cake ice cream rather than a traditional tea drink.

For guests 21 and older, an optional whipped cream vodka variant is available for $12.50, adding a boozy twist without overpowering the base flavors.

The shake is topped with colorful sprinkles and an adorable yellow cupcake. Letting the cupcake sit and soak up the shake actually improves the experience, turning it into a soft, cake-meets-ice-cream shake. It’s sweet yet simple with familiar tea and cake flavors.

Tea party in a cup, if you will! One bite and I was hooked; I will absolutely be ordering this a few more times this festival season!

Fictional Victuals is located along the promenade across from Disney Traders, making it an easy stop whether you are just starting your World Showcase lap or looking for a sweet finale.
