If your Disney Springs plans usually revolve around finding your next great meal, it might be time to add a little mixology to the itinerary. The Edison has unveiled its latest lineup of Shaken & Stirred Cocktail Classes, giving guests the chance to step behind the bar and learn the art of crafting exceptional cocktails in one of Disney Springs’ most unique venues.
Running on select dates through June, this popular series combines hands-on instruction with premium spirits, guided tastings, and a light lunch, all led by The Edison’s talented bartenders. Whether you’re a complete beginner or someone who already enjoys experimenting with cocktails at home, each class is designed to be equal parts educational and entertaining.

Tickets start at $120 per person, with space intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate and interactive. That means you’ll have plenty of opportunities to ask questions, learn new techniques, and discover the stories behind the spirits featured in each session.
From tropical-inspired creations to classic cocktail debates and globally inspired flavors, this summer’s schedule offers a variety of themed experiences that celebrate cocktail culture from every angle.
