Woody’s Lunch Box is one of the most popular Quick Service dining locations at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and we love it for its fun totcho bowls and themed lunch box tarts. While you can always get the classic raspberry lunch box tart, there’s usually a seasonal tart offering during Halloween and Christmas. Lucky for us, there’s now a “Lilypad Lunch Box Tart” in celebration of Toy Story 5 now in theaters!
Be sure to Mobile Order this one since Woody’s Lunch Box notoriously has a long line. The lunch box tarts are easily eaten on-the-go and would be a great way to occupy time while in line for Slinky Dog Dash. If you are planning to dine at Woody’s Lunch Box, there is now additional seating with extra covering to help with the summer heat and rain.
Lilypad Lunch Box Tart – cherry-lime filled pastry topped with green fondant and decorated with sugar candy and white chocolate – $5.29
The cherry-lime flavor of the filling offer subtle tartness with a nice sweetness from the cherry. Most of the flavor still comes from the tart itself. While these look like gourmet pop tarts, they taste similar to a buttery shortbread… in the best way. I wasn’t sure if the cherry lime flavor would be too unusual but really it was pretty similar to the raspberry version. With the cute decorations on top, this would be a must have dessert or sweet breakfast paired perfectly with a cup of coffee.
While we haven’t tried it just yet, Annual Passholders can order an exclusive ice cream float also themed to Lilypad and Toy Story 5.
