Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party (MNSSHP) is officially in-season at the Magic Kingdom with parties on select nights through October 31st. You can still purchase tickets ranging from $119 to $229 plus tax. Trick-or-treating is one of the many highlights of MNSSHP with included trick-or-treat bags, plenty of candy, and themed treat trails with new characters for 2026! While it can be fun to happen upon these trick-or-treating spots throughout the park, you can maximize your candy haul by knowing the locations and having a plan ahead of time.
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is celebrating 31 “fang-tastic” years at Walt Disney World and the treat bag is extra cute for the occasion. The graphic features classic Halloween orange and black with Mickey, Minnie, Cinderella Castle, and Haunted Mansion’s hitchhiking ghosts. The great thing about trick-or-treating at MNSSHP, you get SO much candy! Because of this, you’ll likely want to bring an extra bag or a bigger tote to take home all of your treats.
Main Street, U.S.A.
You’ll want to start your night of trick-or-treating on Main Street to receive your trick-or-treat bag plus your first treat of the night – a full-size candy bar! This year, you’re given a Twix “Ghoulish Green” full-size bar. Even if you’re in Magic Kingdom before the party starts, be sure to backtrack to Main Street in between the Confectionery and Tony’s Town Square. New this year – this is also where you’ll get to interact with residents from the Haunted Mansion and get a photo with the legendary grave diggers.
Allergy-Friendly Candy
There are two allergy-friendly trick-or-treat spots: Merchant of Venus in Tomorrowland and The Liberty Square Ticket Office. Even though there are only two spots, the cast members will load you down with treats. This year’s treats are sponsored by Yum Earth and there is also a full ingredient list on hand to accommodate your specific needs. These allergy-friendly treats include:

Usually, the trick-or-treat lines wind down later at night with the busiest time being right at the start of the party at 7:00 P.M. After the fireworks (Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular), the treat trail lines are shorter and the cast members typically give out more candy. Also be sure to prioritize the treat locations that include characters like The Diamond Horseshoe and Princess Fairytale Hall – they’re such a unique way to see rare characters while also getting more candy! Young or old, nothing beats dressing up and trick-or-treating at the Magic Kingdom.
