Disney Shares Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge Construction Flyover Video

The Disney Parks Blog has shared a new video that includes a flyover of the construction site for Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland Park.

Construction is in full-force for the new land coming to both Disneyland and Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Walt Disney World.

Galaxy’s Edge will transport guests to the planet of Batuu, “a remote outpost on the galaxy’s edge that was once a busy crossroads along the old sub-lightspeed trade routes.”

The land will feature two attractions which let guests fly the Millennium Falcon or put them in the middle of a battle between the First Oder and the Resistance.

Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is set to open in 2019, first at Disneyland, then Hollywood Studios.

As you enjoy the video, not only watch for all the detail, but also notice the huge scale of the land (by looking for the tiny construction workers).
