The Walt Disney Company 3rd Quarter Earnings Report Shows Revenue Down 42%, Parks Income Down $3.5 Billion

Tuesday afternoon, The Walt Disney Company released their earnings report for the 3rd fiscal quarter of 2020 (ending June 30, 2020), showing revenue down 42% and income down 72% over last year for the quarter. Diluted earnings per share decreased 94%. Tripadvisor’s Travelers’ Choice Awards Names Magic Kingdom Top Amusement Park

In Tripadvisor’s 2020 Travelers’ Choice Awards, the Magic Kingdom was named the top amusement park in the world, knocking off Universal’s Islands of Adventure, which held the top spot for the last five years. Disney Celebrates Daytime Emmy Wins and Primetime Emmy Nominations, Including First for Disney+

The 2020 Primetime Emmy Award nominations were announced today and there were several nods for the Disney family of networks and studios, including the first for Disney+. Walt Disney World Mask Update: Valves, Mesh, or Holes Are Not Allowed

Walt Disney World has once again updated their face covering policy for guests 2 and up. The clarification says that face coverings may NOT contain valves, mesh material, or holes of any kind. Previously, Disney banned neck gaiters and bandanas.
