Orlando theme parks sue Orange County’s property appraiser

Several of Orlando’s theme parks have sued the Orange County property appraiser over 2015 assessments that they feel are too high. The Walt Disney Co., Universal Orlando and SeaWorld join over 110 other property owners that have filed lawsuits against appraiser Rick Singh’s office, up from 46 lawsuits in 2015. Castaway Cay sustains little damage from Hurricane Matthew

According to Disney Cruise Line officials and reports on disboards.com, Castaway Cay sustained very little damage from Hurricane Matthew and will be hosting Disney ships as scheduled this week. Castaway Cay, Disney Cruise Line’s private island, is located in the Bahamas, parts of which were hit hard by last week’s storm. Sprinkles location confirmed for the Disneyland Resort

Earlier we reported that building permits had been filed that showed that a Sprinkles store would be coming to the Disneyland Resort.  Today, Disney confirmed the new bakery will be opening soon in Downtown Disney. Sprinkles will offer freshly baked cupcakes and cookies, but according to the Orange County Register, they won’t offer ice cream.  Sprinkles location confirmed for the Disneyland Resort
