If you like the feeling of shrinking down to the size of a toy when you enter Toy Story Land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios or winding up smack in the middle of an animated cartoon on Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway, these new virtual backgrounds from some of your favorite Disney and Pixar films might be right up your alley.
Zoom calls are the new ‘in’ thing at my house for video chatting with friends and family around the world. I feel like we are doing these calls more often now that we’re all stuck at home. Life almost seems to have slowed down a bit because we’ve got time for more of these sorts of things than we ever did before. No shopping malls, no movie theatres, no haircuts or pedicures – we’ve got all the time in the world to spend where it’s most important and with these new scenes that can easily be added to these calls, we can have even more fun.
I know that my nieces and nephew are going to flip their tiny little lids on our next call when they see me hanging out in the Ratatouille kitchen or the living room from Disney Pixar’s Up. I can hear them now, “How did you do that, Aunt Jackie?” I can hardly wait!
Take a look at some of the scenes that are available below and if you’ve never used Zoom, be sure to check it out for your next virtual gathering. (This isn’t sponsored, I just happen to really like Zoom calls!)
From the iconic blue sky and cloud-filled walls of Andy’s room in Toy Story, to the super mansion we fell in love with from Incredibles 2, there are plenty to choose from.
There are a few choices for all of you nature lovers as well. The forest of DunBroch from Brave, an impressive landscape from The Good Dinosaur, the familiar reef from Finding Nemo, and the setting from A Bug’s Life.
Make it look as though you are at Monsters, Inc. or on a racetrack from Cars 3.
These next backgrounds take you into the control center of Inside Out, to the far reaches of space aboard the Axiom from WALL•E, and to the Land of the Dead from Coco!
Here are some instructions on how to save the backgrounds!
