The official first day of Spring for 2017 is March 20th, and Minnie Mouse will not be wasting a day of the season. The start of “Minnie’s Springtime Dine” will coincide with this year’s vernal equinox, beginning on the 20th of the month. The dining experience is held at Hollywood and Vine, in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Minnie and her friends will be decked out in their garden party outfits, and guests can expect a menu boasting “classic picnic foods with a twist” such as: coconut-lavender lemonade, springtime salads (watercress or basil-lime fruit salad), barbecue meatballs, buffalo baked chicken, lobster and shrimp mac ‘n cheese, herb-roasted pork, passion fruit cheesecake, key lime tarts, and banana cream puffs.
