This year, Downtown Disney at the Disneyland Resort has been spruced up for the holidays with some new decorations and some festive entertainment.
Throughout Downtown Disney, you’ll find planters featuring huge new ornaments and special lighting. Near the center of Downtown Disney, stands a Christmas tree, making the perfect backdrop for your holiday pictures.
Throughout the season, Downtown Disney is featuring nightly holiday entertainment, including the new Holiday Harmony carolers, complete with ugly sweaters.
Several of the merchants have special offers and events for the holidays, including Breakfast with Santa at Catal Restaurant, that includes a family-style breakfast and a teddy-bear from Build-a-Bear Workshop for the kids. Catal is hosting Santa on December 16th, 21st, and 22nd.
Speaking of Build-a-Bear, the workshop is featuring Santa’s reindeer during the holidays. Young guests can make their own stuffed reindeer and dress it in the perfect Christmas outfit…perhaps an ugly sweater.
For mom, check out the Mickey & Minnie “Love Icon” charms at PANDORA Jewelry, and while supplies last, they’re throwing in a free Disney clutch.
After you’re done shopping, head to Haagen-Dazs for their holiday sundae, featuring peppermint bark ice cream, hot fudge, and Oreos, topped with whipped cream and candy pieces.
The holidays continue at the Disneyland Resort through January 7th!
