Disney Vacation Club announced today that their complimentary Moonlight Magic events will be continuing throughout 2018! Not only did they say they’d be continuing, but they’ve also published the confirmed dates along with the dates guests will be able to book them so folks can plan accordingly.
Disney Vacation Club members and their guests are invited to enjoy the Disney Theme Parks after they’ve closed to day guests offering shorter-than-usual wait times on their most popular attractions, meet and greet opportunities with off-the-beaten-path characters, complimentary refreshments, dance parties, and much more. Confirmed party attendees will be able to enter the park and blend in with the regular crowd during the early evening hours, but the real magic will take place once the park closes to day guests.
Take a look at the confirmed 2018 Moonlight Magic schedule, including the dates on which online reservations will open for each event:
- January 11 and 28, and February 6 at Magic Kingdom Park
(Booking begins for members with resort reservations on the event dates Dec 7. Pending availability, booking opens for all members on Dec 21.) - March 21, April 17, and May 16 at Disney’s Animal Kingdom
(Booking begins for members with resort reservations on the event dates Feb 8. Pending availability, booking opens for all members on Feb 22.) - May 30 and June 11 at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park
(Booking begins for members with resort reservations on the event dates April 19. Pending availability, booking opens for all members on May 3.) - July 16 and August 13 at Epcot
(Booking begins for members with resort reservations on the event dates June 6. Pending availability, booking opens for all members on June 20.) - September 19 and 26, and October 3 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
(Booking begins for members with resort reservations on the event dates Aug 30. Pending availability, booking opens for all members on Sept. 13.) - November 15 at Disney California Adventure Park
(Booking begins for all members on Oct. 4.)
It’s important to note that only one event date for each participating park will be available per membership.
Reservations are required. A minimum of one valid Disney Vacation Club membership card along with matching photo ID will be required in order to enter the party. All activities, entertainment, and characters are subject to change without notice and these events are subject to cancellation in case of inclement weather.
