High-res aerial images of Star Wars Land construction at Disneyland

Back in August 2015, Disney announced that Star Wars Land would be coming to both Walt Disney World and Disneyland. This 14-acre expansion is set to be the largest single themed-land expansion in the company’s history.  Plans for the areas include two new attractions, including one that will allow guests to take the controls of the Millennium Falcon in a battle between the First Order and the Resistance.

An opening date has not yet been set.

Ground was broken on the space at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Disneyland Park in April 2016, but other than some construction walls, we haven’t seen much else since until now.
